New York girls are pretty, but there’s nothing quite like the Parisians. Lea is shining brighter than the sun, and it might have to do with her dancing on the roof of her Haussmannian building. Or with the striking blue sky. Or maybe even with her beautiful face. Now that I have arrived in Paris, I want it all with Lea. But who wouldn’t?
Where is home for you?
My home is Paris. I love it and find it odious at the same time ; I leave it often, and feel like a runaway.
Your favorite place to relax when you are in Paris? and in NY?
In NYC, a leather couch in a coffee shop.
In Paris, a terrasse de café, a Chardonnay, and a cigarette.
Your best travelling memory?
That’s certainly not “the best”, because I cherish so many, but it is the last : in Morocco with my lover, sleeping under the stars in the desert – him, a bed, and the dunes.
What do you consider the absolute chic?
My grandmother.
What’s your favorite music to dance to when you’re alone and no one’s watching?
Modern Love, David Bowie.
What’s your life dream?
Having no regrets.

The dressing-up box.

My late dog, called Arsène, looked like a fox.

I used to smoke joints on the rooftop – I was NOT fascinated with astronomy like I used to tell them.
