A DJ was banned from a hospital radio station after he claimed to be broadcasting naked in an online video.
Nigel Bateman, 54, appeared topless in a Facebook Live clip before his show at Broadgreen Hospital, Liverpool, joking that he wasn't wearing any clothes because it was too hot in the studio.
Radio bosses suspended Mr Bateman hours after the video appeared, claiming it would damage the station's standing with the NHS Trust that runs the hospital.

The presenter, who had worked at the station for 28 years, said he was also told he could no longer go near the hospital.
'It was just a bit of fun and it seems like the committee don't have a sense of humour,' he said. 'And you see guys on a building site not wearing tops while they work.
'I used Facebook Live to promote the show, and said I had stripped off because of the heat as a bit of a joke. Lots of people "liked" it on Facebook.
'I'm not even allowed to go near the building. I think it's a bit much.'
The part-time DJ, who claims to have listeners in Egypt, Australia and the US, said the clip had been part of a long-running joke about him presenting naked.
He claimed the committee at volunteer-run Radio Broadgreen sent him an email the same day the video was posted last month, telling him it was 'inappropriate'.

The email is said to have added that the committee felt they had 'no choice' but to suspend him until further notice and asked him to stay away from the building.
Mr Bateman added: 'I've been upset today. I've been there for 28 years, and I've been suspended with my show removed from the website as though I don't even exist.
'I'm at a loose end now. I'm unemployed, and care for my disabled family. I do it for the listeners, but also it gives me something to do.'
A petition to have him reinstated has been launched on the Ipetitions website.
Radio Broadgreen was approached for comment.
