“I met Jacki at a friends party in the very same place where this shoot took place. She was modelling in Bangkok at the time while taking a break from her engineering studies back in the States. Our friendship grew during the following weeks and I just knew I had to shoot her before she vanished from the city. I wanted a honest portrait series, so decided to shoot this story full on film. This is the product of three rolls and not much planning.”
