Caine Marko unveils the visuals for his latest release entitled, ‘Way Up’ featuring Andrew Tejada.
If you’re a marvel fan like myself then you may be wondering, “when did Juggernaut starting rapping”. Well, although the artist and the superhero have the same name, aside from an extra “e” in the artists name, they are two completely different people.
Caine Marko, the London based rapper, is an artist who has been in the UK Rap scene for at least half a decade. From his Cannon Freestyle that came out in 2012 up until his recent endeavours, this artist has been constantly delivering heat.
His style in music is eclectic so within one track it’s possible to hear him switch his flow up yet remain enticing, real and certified- whilst ensuring that the track in it’s entirety is absolutely hard. If that’s not a musical gift then what is?
Way Up sees Caine Marko collaborate with Andrew Tejada to artistically tell a story that is relatable, honest and delivered directly- no beating around the bush. The video was directed by Colvers and the track was produced by Dre Minor. The visuals include shots filmed in multiple locations including a studio, a barber chair and also a remote cliffside set in a beautiful location with breathtaking ocean views. The visuals are very fitting to the song as they are all places that someone would go to and feel comfortable enough to speak their truths- which is exactly what Caine Marko does with this track.
It’s been less than 24 hours and the YouTube comments have already started going off with one person saying, “What a f—–g banger man play this in a nightclub or smoke a j—t to this man”, and another saying, “When a don just comes outta nowhere n set da level high. Hard still”. So don’t just take our word for it, the fans (and new listeners) are loving it too!
For those who haven’t heard of Caine Marko before then your introduction through hearing, and seeing, his new track Way Up will be a sweet one. It should also send you into a mental frenzy that makes you want to hear more of his work. Luckily for you, we’ve picked a few tracks to start you off with.
It’s recommended that you also listen to Caine Marko’s #Streetheat Freestyle and his track entitled Clap For Me that both featured on Link Up TV. If you’re anything like myself and love really gritty “shots fired and hit the target with perfect aim” type of rap then I’d also suggest you give his 2012 Cannon Freestyle a listen too.
Now you’re all set and ready to go, watch the video above to see the Way Up visuals from Caine Marko featuring Andrew Tejada- and share it with your friends!
