A TOPLESS Russian tourist died after she hit her head while hanging out of a car window.
The woman, named as Natalia Borisovna Borodina, 35, from Moscow, was on holiday in the Dominican Republic when the horrific incident happened.
She was killed soon after she struck either a lamp post on the road or a passing vehicle - a harrowing warning of the dangers of hanging out of a moving car's window.
The video recorded by her Ukrainian friend named as Ivanna Boirachuk, 32, stops abruptly as there is a muffled scream from the woman.
One report said she was rushed to hospital and died there of "serious injuries".
Moskovsky Komsomolets reported: "The woman was having fun demonstrating her naked breasts while her companion drove the car."
The appalling accident occurred on a highway near Punta Cana. The couple were driving in a red Kia Picanto car.
It is understood the woman had a child.
