67 have drop their newest single ‘Look How Life’s Changed’, and similar to most things they touch, it is definitely a banger.
LD, Monkey, Dimzy and Liquez (unfortunately no SJ and ASAP in this one, no Scribz as well … wonder where he is… ) return for a certified banger, after a year which has seen the release of iconic tracks such as ‘Let’s Lurk’, ‘Jackets’, ‘Jump Out Gang’ and ‘Traumatised 2′ (my personal favourite) another banger seems a bit unfair at this point, but 67 do appear to have the Midas touch.
The track itself, which appears to be featuring on their new project the Glorious Twelfth, is certainly a banger, with the boys shouting out the finer things they can enjoy now they’ve had so much success with LD starting off the track (obviously masked up, wonder what he’s hiding #nofacenocase) , with bars centred around his change in lifestyle dropping “Cartier, low mileage, 67 on the chain” and “big racks for this block boy to do gang gang on the stage”. This is followed up by Monkey, who focuses on 67’s prominence in the scene “you know 6 gang run the place” and “mans done it all”. Dimzy follows up returning to LD’s focus on lifestyle, shouting out that he has “money calling”, Dimzy then reverts back to classic driller vibes dropping that he’ll “dice them up, no warning”. Liquez follows up where Dimzy left off and doubles up on the classic driller vibes with “many guns on my block n****s run far when they hear that gun shot”, Monkey then drops another quick verse, calling out his “big waps on the corner”. Which is swiftly followed by Liquez dropping some more bars, giving some sound advice on leaving “no prints, wear latex”. LD returns to change up his focus in his second verse, focusing on similar themes to Dimzy and Liquez, telling us of the need to “double tap on some pricks”, this is followed by a second verse from Dimzy as he shouts on that he stills make “bands illegal” and “jump out gang, we jump out them vehicles”. Obviously another class effort from 67, with very impressive lyricism coming from each of the members of the collective.
The video shows the boys celebrating success on the estate with some Jerk Chicken and Bel Aire. (the boys are also representing the BXB bomber jacket which is available at the Link Up store) With plenty Trapstar and chains on display, the boys are definitely flexing, showing what their success has bought.
Definitely check this out, 67 are on fire!!!
